Checking Out Renegade Toterhomes with Andrew Steele (Super C RV's For Sale)

today i am in rapid city south dakota checking out some toader homes with a special guest what's going on everybody andrew steele from rving with andrew steele this is a this is more your territory than mine with these kind of things but i'm here to learn learn the ways well bud we're sitting in a toner home this is a renegade icon right now this is a little more of a super c deal here uh you know a little different equipment than your newer coach but for the guys that are the race guys this is kind of the ultimate hauler this is set up to stow i think i think there's a stacker trailer hooked to the back of it right now this thing is really set up for towing he's got a 20 30 40 000 pound hitch i don't know it's a huge hitch on the back of it but so this is a bath and a half here get a little half bath so if you've got your buddies crashing out in your living room area nice little half bath take a look to all the ceiling and stuff it's just a lot of cool it's built well it's got a rear bathroom king-size bed all the cool stuff too like this woodwork with the cool pattern above the air filters there this is probably one of the nicest toter homes i've been in like this is pretty nice i think it's a 2014 but the icon is the top of the line check out that rear bath bud you're uh you're a little bit taller than me man how to uh you got plenty of head room in there bud oh yeah a lot like if i can't spread my fingers apart and touch the roof then that's like that's a ton how is that compared to your newel way more so this has more than your newell does yeah my particular one wow yeah this is high it seems like these toter homes have really high ceilings compared to a lot of the the class a's because uh they don't have this big a base down low so there's like more in here kind of area yeah the bays are definitely a lot smaller i think your baits are gonna even be a little bit bigger on your newell but this is i mean for a toner home though from what i know the icon is is going to be the most equipment so you can tell just all this detailed woodwork speakers in the ceiling it's all high-end stuff so this is for sale here um el dorado trailer sales out of uh el or actually el dorado trailer sales out of el dorado wisconsin uh is here that's that's their abbey i did a walk through with her on my channel uh on the 2021 renegade which should go take a look at that so this has got the 500 horsepower volvo that's the same motor that's in the prevos heated floors 12.5 onan diesel generator how big is the generator in your newel bud it's a 20kw man yeah you got to beat there bro all the carpet in here really kind of takes away from how nice the floor is well they do that because it's a show so i mean they're smart they get advertising gotta i can't not be advertising but i know this guy that has this escalade he's got he's got stickers all over it yeah why would you do that it looks so terrible the headroom in here is i think probably the same but it's a ton like i'm 6'5 without shoes on and i couldn't even like stand on my toes and get close to it yeah and even in the slide i the slide is about as tall as i am but it's like behind the sitting area of the couch so you're not actually going to walk into there and bang bang your head looks like actually granite counter top that looks like this is a lot of cool stuff like the little cup holders right here and you know just a cool little thought there there's more travel oriented i like this ac man it's a pretty warm day out here in sturgis this thing is staying nice and cool in here yeah they got like one two three roof units cranking how much they want for this so this is a 2014 and it had a 632 msrp 365. with the coach there was a stacker trailer for four and a quarter for the renegade and stacker but it looks like they already sold the stacker let me just go check out the outside yeah that's gross now the ac is off and it's way quieter in here it's a little windy hope it doesn't pick up in the mic too much but this thing is really big i'm six too and i can almost walk underneath this and you have this little rubber lip right here and if if you know about rving it's very easy to bang your head on these so uh super cool very well thought out that they put this little piece of rubber here just so that if you do bang your head it's gonna soften the blow a little bit but it's still totally painted you can see these slide outs uh like on my tiff and fate and the lines don't go through the slide outs this is all lined up super nice quad slide yeah even having these slides be the round flush style the way they are you don't get those nasty corners to hit your head on either yep no absolutely there's a they can't give you the spikes but do you like do you like the spike uh will caps or i don't know i think there's a time and a place for them but maybe not on this one yeah the time and the place is when you're like a 6'5 biker whose name is spike yeah then you can pull it off but the rest of us it's hard to pull those off yeah let's check out some more of these things dude i like the uh i like the color of this one right here the silver one this is a 17. i'm gonna do a whole video on this one but this one's pretty nice it's a different feel than the other one just like i really like the the gloss varnish on the cabinets in the other one it makes it feel like real yeah real high-end not this one doesn't it's just different it's a different lighter feel now this is a super this is what's so unique about this coach this is a bunk model for families you've got a real good size i wonder if this is a full bath here full bath so you've got look how big it is too oh yeah lots of head room in the shower also i think the uh i think this is full i think that's a queen size bed it looks like but this is this is a unique coach because it has two full bathrooms you can pull this out here and actually this is a pretty good like i like the rear bathroom it's kind of like a master suite back here and then you go out here and it's like and this could almost be sectioned off like it's a separate room where you close this off and like this would be i guess this would be like the kids room so it's almost like you have an entire second bedroom now you have to go through this room to get to the back bedroom but a full length mirror here not that i would use it but yeah that is cool to have the other shower there because like if you're a racer and you got your you know you're the guy you're the dude you're back there you've got your crew guys they can take a shower here too so at the end of the night when it's like 4am and you're all sweaty and just want to go to bed you don't have to like take any turns well like right now uh mitchell's actually crashing out on my couch and my tiff and fate and i only had one shower i got a little atwood hot water heater i don't have that big aqua hot like you have in your newell so you know you got to go to the shower house so you can only have one person at a time shower so you gotta go down to the shower house huge pain in the ass these bunks are fairly long too i don't know how long they are but like i could sleep in here if i had to check this out usb ports spot and then there's gonna be more usb ports down there for your uh lower bunk as well let's check out this living area too this is a pretty neat floor plan here yeah these doors are nice they're like they look like house doors like it's very homey in here but i think this uh i think i'm gonna fire up my cam yeah this is definitely cool one other thing i really like about renegade too is how they do the renegade deal here but i'll tell you what man anything else you want to film in here bud because i'm gonna make a whole youtube video about this uh about this coach man you have to go over to his channel let's see him really dive into the specs and details of this one because it's gonna be all the same it's the same stuff that's the same stuff it but it's more less me so more people will see it that'll be the bigger one i'm just a little you're gonna be in it too we're gonna give you a shout out in that really all i need bro i think i'm i need like a 17 foot box that's a high build quality that 42 footers way more that i need dude this is nice yeah it is i could you know this is all really one person needs or even like two people could do just fine in here i think uh well you got maybe if you got your chick with you but yeah like not full time because i guess you would sleep up there or either this turns into a sleeper or that up there turns into a sleeper how does this compare to your trailer that you lived in um it's still bigger it's a lot a lot bigger but like it does use a bit of us like my fridge is bigger than the one in my trailer it says do not open cool i'll follow directions but it's not as big as like some of the other ones are still tons of headroom common theme there that's a 2020 show hauler 17 foot yeah that one's set up for you know different types of trailers which is pretty cool it's on the volvo vnr chassis this particular one msrp is 380. which that's a that's a good bit for 17 feet hey for 20 20 man you want something brand new you want a bed that nobody else has ever slept and you're gonna have to pay the price that's true it's still under warranty you know what i mean like these guys that buy these things brand new um for these race teams you know that's just a drop in the bucket yeah that's true having warranties nice because as you know with any of these things whether it's new not new and it's gonna break it's gonna be a project that's just how it is and if you ask rusty wallace he's going to tell you to keep your air conditioners in tip top shape and your satellite dish because those are the two most important things on rusty wallace's motor coach checklist make sure to check out the interview i just did an interview i dropped this morning uh sturgis 2020 with rusty wallace um and mitchell needs to get a behind the scenes because he was able to kind of get some of the behind-the-scenes footage i think we might make another video about that kind of showing how that big thanks to mitchell for kind of helping motivate me to help get that interview too that was that was big yeah i did some filming while andrew was talking to rusty and then we did some more after we got back to his motorhome doing some editing kind of explaining some stuff so you get a little look into the process of what what goes behind something like that from a dude like this who has an established channel and that's all you do now isn't it that's it man just make youtube videos but i know all these guys like rusty i've been washing his motor home for the last 10 years so i've been able to build a lot of these relationships with these people and get them to yap into my gopro and yeah i got real lucky and actually i wasn't really gonna try to get uh interview with rusty but mitchell's like dude i want to meet rusty wallace i'm like yeah i know where he's at like we can walk right up to him and i'm like i'm going to be interviewing one of his neighbors like well we'll i'm sure we'll meet him you know and boom there there it was and uh and of course i had to ask him you know we were chat we were chatting with him and uh he had heard he knew he knew about mitchell's escalade too he heard it coming so and he's been watching my youtube channel too i didn't even know it so yeah apparently apparently you're a pretty big deal shoot i don't know man you know the deal bud you're really paving the way for the whole rv youtube stuff like it it wasn't really on the radar i mean heck i found you when i was looking for one so shoot well that's the truth if i had not come across some of his videos i don't know if i'd be doing exactly what i do right now so i cost this guy a lot of money and a lot of heartaches yeah so we just hop back in the escalade we're gonna drive back to sturgis do some more filming of some other things get some food um go check out andrew's channel or being with andrew steele and hopefully you thought this stuff was interesting he's got more videos of more in depth and ones that we didn't even look at today so yeah i got to interview some uh renegade owners in there uh man we got a lot of cool stuff we
