What happens here

Stanley moves outside to his deck to showcase an already assembled Monument Grill, which he identifies as an earlier model from the Eminence series. He first removes the protective grill cover. He then highlights a key feature: the "convection burner" located in the center of the grill's cooking area. He explains how this burner is designed to store and evenly dissipate heat, preventing typical hot spots. Stanley also points out the built-in window on the grill's lid, though he expresses some practical reservations about its utility, jokingly noting that grease buildup makes it hard to see through, suggesting it's only practical for those with extreme cleanliness standards (OCD).
