What happens here

This project provides a quick and effective method to preserve paint rollers and brushes between painting sessions, saving both time spent on cleaning and money on new supplies. The technique involves wrapping paint-laden tools in a plastic bag and refrigerating them to keep the paint from drying.

Did you know that 3/4 inch nap roller like this one can hold almost 10 oz of paint? If you're painting all weekend and you clean this out or toss it, you're wasting both time and money. All you got to do is take a bag. Menards bags are my favorite. They're the thickest. Go ahead and just put this bag right over the top. Get all the air out of there best you can. You don't want to mess up the nap of your roller too much. We'll just get all the air out of there. I like to just twist this around the handle a little bit. And now I'm going to throw this in the fridge. I'm going to throw it upright like this, not laying down. I don't want this side to get all mashed. You can also do this with your brushes as well. Or some guys they'll throw everything in a garbage bag, throw it in their paint tray, tie it off, and they got their brush, their paint tray, and their roller all in the same bag. Anyways, that's just a quick tip for you guys that didn't know. I know a lot of you do know that, but uh anyways, I got to watch paint dry. So uh I'll catch you guys later. Peace.
