Assess the Water Supply Disruption

What happens here

The farmer introduces the current situation, noting he is feeling unwell but is out to care for the cows. He points out the 'chaos' at the water tank where many cows are crowding to drink. He explains that the solar well, which supplies water to this tank and several others, had a short due to a mouse chewing through one of the wires. This interruption meant the water supply had been off for several hours, leading to the cows' intense thirst.

Goal: Understand the cause of the water supply issue and its impact on the cattle.
