CAR CRASHES IN MY POND... SARCASTIC RUDE STATE TROOPER DISAPPOINTS ME

guys this quick Vlog is about property rights I'm going to take you over and show you something that happened here on the farm over the weekend I wasn't here I was out of town the sheriff's did not call me when I did call I got sent to the state troopers office the state trooper quote told me how am I supposed to know that it's your land I guarantee you if marijuana was growing right there he would know it was my land he didn't do the work and he was a smart butt and I'm going to tell you about ston [Music] ston hey guys it's Josh Stony Ridge farmer we're riding the gator over to our pond right now I went out of town for the weekend didn't get any strange phone calls other than the neighbors saying that my goats are out but we had an incident at the pond and I'm going to take you over and show you it looks like a car ran off in into the pond I didn't get any kind of phone call from any law enforcement I got no nothing no notification whatsoever I went over here and there were some tiny little pine trees that I had planted that this guy or girl had skid off the road and chopped down my little trees which were probably only about 30 in tall and ran smack into my pond well I was very concerned about it first of all did somebody get hurt second of all who's going to fix my property what what do I do what is there a police report what is it what's going on there's grease and oil all over the road surface you know they dropped grease and oil all around and probably greas and oil in my pond nobody seemed to care I called a State Trooper North Carolina state trooper he came out he was the guy that investigated and he said oh there's no damage there's no problem there there's nothing out here you know this this is just an unmaintained area and there's no damage so we didn't do any kind of damage report I said do you not understand all the work that goes into this just to get grass growing just to plant little trees all all the time and work that goes into this and money that goes into this and he said well there's no damage I'm going to take you over there I'm going to show you the damage come along with me guys [Music] woo it's algae bloom season on the pond it looks kind of gross right over here is where they ran off the road guys if you're watching this Vlog this is in no way a slight on law enforcement this is only a slight on what happened to me the experience that I had here on my farm when someone damaged my property and the state trooper had decided in his head that there was no damage that he didn't need to do anything about it he didn't do the work it's a shame he was very sarcastic with me he was very rude to me I'm a law-abiding citizen that pays taxes in this state and don't deserve to be treated like this now there's an insurance adjuster coming out out but there was no reason for this guy to do this so here we are guys the scene of the accident the scene that the trooper told me there was no damage look right here you see this big oil puddle right here good God it's a huge mess let me show you this so evidently the person went flying off the road right here went straight down through and right down into the pond right there okay that's no damage in the eyes of the North Carolina State Trooper this is no damage this these sticks these limbs these this wood is no damage this grease spot in the road is no damage needless to say this is damage this is a mess I'll take you and show you the little pine trees and I'll tell you what I'm extremely disappointed in law enforcement right now I really really support law enforcement I really really like to have my sheriffs and my state troopers on my side but when I called this young man he gave me some sort of sassy attitude like I was trying to get something out of him he came back out we looked at it he got smart with me he got sassy with me and I'm going to call a supervisor for that because there was no use in in his sassy smart attitude so in reenactment of this this is what happened and here is the skid mark that slid off of the road right here this person is clearly at running at a high rate of speed around this turn she went flying down through here and right into the pond and then they pulled her out and this is the gross grease spot that was left in the road it's just disgusting it's wrong and obviously there's oil or grease down here in my pond so what the police didn't see were these little pine trees here's a little pine tree this is my little pine tree these are little white pines and I planted these for privacy here and they're going to grow up there's there's several of them all the way up through this brush I haven't mowed the brush because there's pine trees in there I can't mow the brush he said it's an unmaintained area it's an area where the pine trees are growing and clearly she took out right here at least two of those pine trees that have been growing there for 2 years and did this look at this let's go down here look at this mess so maybe I'm whining maybe this isn't a mess maybe this is okay maybe it's okay with you for folks to destroy your property and there be no consequences but I know if I destroyed someone else's property like this there'd be consequences so I call they came back out they did another report and the insurance adjusters on the way to repair and replace the pine trees that she destroyed and fix that mess there has to be repercussions when you do something stupid guys tell me what you think about this tell me what your thoughts are should I have just left it alone or should I say something about it is my rights as a property owner to say something about this tell me about it tell me what you think I should have done guys leave me a comment down there below don't forget
