What happens here

After sanding, the edges of the countertop panels are routed using a trim router (DeWalt trim router) fitted with a 3/8-inch roundover bit. This creates a soft, rounded edge, improving aesthetics and comfort. For the L-shaped joint, a 45-degree angle cut is made on the corresponding edges of the panels using a circular saw with a track guide (Kreg track guide). This precise cut ensures a seamless transition between the two sections of the L-shaped countertop.

Goal: The edges of the countertop panels are routed with a roundover bit to create a smooth, finished profile, and angled cuts are made for joining the L-shape.

[Music] okay so everything's sanded nicely you saw me scribble with a pencil that's just to help me have an easy consistent uh sanding job that therefore i don't miss anything and don't screw up the staining job route over the 3 8 round over bit on the edges and the reason i did a 45 on this is because they're going to be seamed together it's going to be a nice flawless like a river edge design i guess let's see how the sucker looks all right
