Building A MASSIVE Deck Part 6 - Folding Deck Boards And PVC Trim

What happens here

After routing, a heat gun is used to carefully heat the grooved area of the composite board. This process softens the material, making it pliable enough to be folded along the routed line. The heating and bending must be done slowly and carefully to prevent scorching or cracking the composite material. Once folded, the board forms a clean 90-degree angle, ready to wrap around the step components.

Goal: Using a heat gun, the routed composite boards are slowly heated and bent to create precise 90-degree angles for the waterfall steps.
