Attempting Actuator Block Removal

What happens here

To access the loose fitting on the actuator, the electronic solenoid actuator block must be removed. This block is secured by two nuts and corresponding bolts. The presenter attempts to loosen the nuts using a socket wrench but finds that one of the bolts on the backside is spinning freely, making it impossible to remove the nut without holding the bolt in place.

Goal: Remove the actuator block to access the leaking connection
