Adjust Throttle Blade & IAC Travel

What happens here

To further address the remaining idle issues and stabilize the engine, the owner outlines a plan to physically open the throttle blade a bit more. This action will increase the base airflow into the engine, which in turn will allow the idle air control (IAC) valve's stepper position to operate at a lower, more controllable number. Operating the IAC at a lower stepper position provides more room for the engine's control unit to adjust the idle, especially under varying loads (such as when shifting into drive). He then makes an adjustment by turning the idle screw to further decrease the idle air control stepper position.
