BluePrint Engines Factory Full Tour UPDATE! Whats New? (Josh Answers YOUR Questions!)

What happens here

All completed engines undergo 100% dyno testing to verify performance and quality. The facility has multiple dyno cells, including a large, specialized test cell for heavy-duty industrial engines. This particular cell is currently testing a massive 24-liter V12 engine, converted to run on natural gas and propane. This engine is designed for applications like generators and pumps, producing approximately 2500 ft-lbs of torque at 1800 RPM. The dyno testing ensures that the cooling system can withstand maximum ambient temperatures and that the engine meets its specified power and durability targets under various loads. This rigorous testing is vital for both product validation and continuous improvement.

Goal: Verify engine performance, durability, and cooling system efficiency under extreme conditions.

so that's really cool you sell these components individually too don't you these probably aren't out on our website yet but they probably will be soon okay so you don't have to have the whole engine to get parts that you guys make too exactly we prefer to sell the whole engine though yeah so what i'm wondering is last time we were here they had this whole 3d printed engine and i thought i wonder if you could show spark plugs in that thing and see how long it takes to melt do you think it's possible to make a 3d printed engine run long enough to melt the plastic that's a great question i hope we find out someday i want to do that i'm not going to let that go [Music] guys you're fine it's lunch time it's okay good sandy again hey you too take care enjoy your time hopefully crystal has some really awesome stuff to show you back here i think so i like the the og sign up there that's cool our roots do some push-ups first yeah so got some new prototypes going together for some forestry product right here gasoline-based engines they do things like uh chop up wood uh grind stumps things like that last time you were here we were working on a coyote killer so we're getting pretty close on that ecm calibrations all that stuff's kind of done we've got the kind of the final packaging just about completed we've got a few more things to sort out on it we're actually going to develop our own intake manifold for it we've decided so we're going to start with this but we'll end up with something different working on a bonneville engine build over here it's a 364 ls engine cnc ported heads hoping to make about 1100 horsepower twin turbo what size are those turbos lines 75 millimeters two of them so that's kind of fun um got a new 350 tbi replacement engine that we're going to be launching here pretty quick so the guy that's got the 88 to 95 chevy truck uh wants a new replacement engine that makes more horsepower over the stock one this will make about 300 horsepower closely to that so that's a new product we've got coming out we've got a new uh 454 big block that we're going to be releasing so it's lower compression milder cam something for the guy that doesn't want all the horsepower he just he just wants a nice tame big block so that's going to be coming out pretty soon we've got some new industrial genset engines that we're going to be doing releasing here pretty quick that's a little turbo yeah it's a small turbo making boosted idle no i didn't even spin it you're right…
