What happens here
With the blocks now on site, the ground crew and Bobcat skid steer begin positioning the first layer of concrete blocks onto the prepared foundations. The Bobcat is equipped with a chain and hook attachment that connects to integrated steel hooks on the top of each block, allowing for safe and controlled lifting. A worker on the ground guides each block precisely into its designated spot, ensuring it aligns with the string line and interlocks with adjacent blocks. These concrete blocks feature male/female interlocking notches that fit snugly together, providing stability and structural integrity for the bin walls.
Goal: Accurately place the initial layer of concrete blocks on the prepared foundation.
