BALING AND RAKING HAY....ENDS IN TRAGEDY!! BALER CATCHES FIRE!

What happens here

Before baling, the presenter performs a critical pre-operation inspection. He starts the tractor and allows it to warm up to operating temperature. While the tractor idles, he raises the baler's rear gate using the loader hydraulic control. He then engages a safety mechanism to prevent the gate from accidentally closing. With the gate open, he visually inspects the belts and other internal components. He also demonstrates the operation of the string-tying mechanism and emphasizes ensuring the string tension is just right—not too loose to drag, not too tight to break. He also highlights the presence of a shear pin in the PTO shaft, which protects the baler from damage due to overload, and advises gently engaging the PTO.

Goal: Conduct a thorough inspection and make necessary adjustments before starting baling operations.
