Disassemble the Trimmer Head

What happens here

To access the internal spool for rewinding, the trimmer head must be disassembled. On the STIHL model, this involves depressing two small areas or tabs on opposite sides of the head. Pressing these simultaneously allows the bottom cap, which holds the internal spool, to be pulled free. Once separated, inspect the components and clear any accumulated grass or debris from inside the head and off the spool. The presenter emphasizes taking photos with a smartphone during disassembly if working with an unfamiliar trimmer model to aid in reassembly.
