So, somebody asked me my hourly rate. What should I tell them? >> You really have to say, "Well, ma'am, it's hard to say what our hourly rate is because it depends on the work that we're doing." I mean, hourly rate for us to [music] run 4-in conduit pulling in 750 MCMs at [music] 50 ft in the air. Okay. >> Is certainly going to be different than installing a residential receptacle on 142 [music] cable. >> Yeah. >> So, you really have to say, "Well, ma'am, we really don't work by the hourly [music] rate. We work by the job. Show me the scope of work that you want." >> Okay. And with our experience, [music] we can determine how long it's going to take, what material we can use, and [music] what's the tools involved. And based on that, we will give you a price for that job. But I can tell you this, what? You hire us and we'll [music] get it done. And actually, I'm going to look into camera and I'm going to tell you this. I've never asked a customer for [music] money. Never. I never asked a customer for money upfront. And I certainly never asked my commercial customers [music] for payment. It takes sometimes 90 days to get paid, guys. You got to wait your 90 days. If you're [music] the kind of person that does a job and 30 days goes by and you're calling accounts payable, you will never make it. No company wants to [music] work for someone who's got to be desperate and begging for their money. If you need to do that, you're not ready yet. Don't take on jobs where you need to get your money right
