America First? Farmers on Welfare? Rancher talks about Failing Farm Struggles
What happens here
The farmer drives his ATV to the enclosure of his "pastured poultry." He notes that these chickens act as "pasture sanitizers." He then takes the pressure cooker pot filled with food scraps and dumps its contents over the fence for the chickens. He observes the chickens eagerly consuming the scraps, providing valuable insights into their role in the regenerative farming system.
Goal: Provide food scraps to pastured poultry and assess their condition.
