Three steps to getting a perfect finish on your walls. Remove, patch, and sand. So, I'm removing all the nails and screws, anything where pictures were and they're not going back up. Then, I'm patching with a lightweight spackling compound from Tower that dries really fast so I can sand same day. Then, I'm using my Aithus and 6-in sander with Filmtech 120-grit sand abrasive to sand my walls. I'm painting them with Scuff-X. It's an amazing paint. You want an amazing-looking finish with a paint like that, you've got to do the proper prep.
