Brad what are looking at with this what we're looking at uh here is the Demco easy latch coupler the model of the Cutaway is a 21k rated uh 2 and 56 in Channel Mount coupler called the easy latch and the name implies easy latching so what happens is is that the customer if this is mounted on their particular trailer this goes over the ball and you simply lower the coupler over the ball and what it it's adjustable up and down what makes it work on every trailer is how tight it fits in in in the coupler you adjust the ball up and down by putting these washers under the ball and taking all the space out of it it comes with a one or two and five 16 you can put these two bowls the 2 in or one and 7/8 in there and then you can buy extra upgrades to make it even more secure this is a pick uh drill guard and pick guard and this over here is a Twist block guard and Pi proof guard um and then you can get placards like this and put on the front of it so it'll fit on a Goos neck it'll fit on a started the company was to build the ultimate trailer is that correct that's correct we're trying to build the ultimate aluminum utility trailer okay and so this is brand new this year and you guys do something a little different with the decking right this year we rolled out our new low proo design that has a rhino deck it's an interlocking deck that is a proprietary um design only the black rhino it's a structural decking locks together and again it is uh design where the structure of the entire trailer so the the deck is the frame of the trailer and interlocks and you use 2-in tubular steel 5in sidewalls yes and what about the welds underne so we use a welding wire that is 25% stronger than any welding wire on the market it was originally designed for NASA for the space program as far as we know we're the only manufacturer in the aluminum business using that welding wire again producing 25% stronger welds than any other welding wire on the market thre position bfold gate again uh our looking for new cool trailers tools gear and Equipment Donna what are we looking at with this new geny hitch this is a snap latch coupler by geny hitch super easy simple design here is your latch you open it detach from your trailer when you're ready to hook up lock your trailer in place and the latch is self latching and you do something a little unique with the actual receiver hitch itself correct so you have this funnel design here which allows you to easily attach to your ball mount so even if you're a few in is off from connection it will eventually slide into place latch and you're locked on and when is this coming out we plan for releasing it to the public late fall all right so this is the new step right yes so this is the Phantom XL step this is a 42 in Step it has a weight capacity of up to 600 lb um this is great for Vans um this is great for um if you got a pickup truck and you're loading something in it or wanting to unload you've got a lot of surface area that you can have two people on both sides un loading and loading something in your truck scrape your boots off as well you can scrape dirt mud rocks off your boots before getting into your truck this is one of those cases where they say bigger is better they geny proves it bigger is better there we go and this will actually hook right into the trailer hitch of your truck right yes correct yep and you axles this trailer will be rated at 25,000 lb so it's got a payload of 177,000 lbs and it's low enough to put your track loader in it it's got torsion axle so it's a smooth ride it's got the electric uh tarp here as well and then it's got um actually up front we've got a telescop a four stage telescopic cylinder four stage yes sir I was looking at that telescoping hoist and I was just thinking God that looks beefy look at the size of this thing look at this monstrosity it's a yeah that's a that's a beast of a cylinder it's powered by a dual motor electric pump so also new to the industry oh so so you guys aren't messing around a dual motor electric pump so nobody else has this nobody else has it wow okay and when is this coming this is also this should hit January of 2024 new model coming okay so what makes this your best seller Brady uh well this trailer is is different than others other product lines up in that we have a fold flat ramp um all of our trailers are going to be all aluminum they're going to come with a 5year warranty this one does as well but this has a fold flat ramp um you take this apart it folds onto the deck of the trailer and then these braces actually lock the ramp into position 3500 lb torsion axle 15in wheel s and a 5year warranty standard uh 5year warranty is a leading warranty in the industry and all bear track trailers carry that 5year warranty except for our wood deck trailer um here we have a uh 81 176 so it's just over 14 ft long some of the great benefits of this trailer are it's hydraulically dampened uh nice ergonomic handle with a stainless steel pin that drops it into the lock position the other cool thing with this trailer is you can add a slingshot ramp bolts onto the end here and it extends the angle of the load so that you can put slingshot po slingshots on it now if I understand something else you guys do different you actually weld everywhere that aluminum touches aluminum every single point of contact we call it the touch Point U weld system if aluminum vibrates at all over the over the years it will crack um so we make our trailer so that there is no way that it can crack that's why we can put to understand the reason you wanted me to know that's because other guys don't do that that's right not everybody does it it takes a lot more time and labor that increases the cost uh but we are price competitive against others out there we just want to give people the best quality product perfect and then you've also integrated all of your wiring into the frame of the trailer to protect it is that true that's true all of our wiring is jacketed throughout the entire trailer so this same jacket that is on the tongue is throughout the entire trailer uh that protects it but it's also enclosed in aluminum tubing and uh you'll see the lights in the back the bracket uh there's a housing back here that protects the lights so we really don't have any issues wir all right and uh that's new by bear like about this one comes stand with a stop valve but we got the easy latching system here so basically these being gravity down open that up make sure you know you either got to walk it down and put pressure on it so that way then you can lock it in which it's a one man job goes down in lock it in step off and then just boom boom that opens it up and then you're back to freewheeling it Y and then this one comes we got the 18in fabricated step just to make it easy to get up on there you see you have an integrated roll bar right into it you have a wench on it yeah so this one has the uh winch package on um the Hideway storage and we got a little pool handle here to open that up open that up lock it in and then with this kit you get the backup so rear loading lights wow yeah and is this already out F or is this coming out yeah this was uh we just launched this a couple months ago okay and then this has got the 4in steak pocket so you can run the 4-in straps oh nice oh I love big the bigger the better trying to get a chain through here and wrapped around forget it that's the way to do it and then the other thing that we got is just the integrated light in this tool box right so if you're storing stuff at night time you know that light comes on and off you just got your toggle switch right here has that Clos almost like a car door oh okay automatic automatic light switch yep and oversized toolbx this gives you extra storage this one comes with the larger batteries cuz you're running the winch and the lights off of it so we got a larger battery in there with its own little
