Final Grading, Compaction, and Material Placement

a bit more involved than cleaning out a closet.
What happens here
The final and most precise step involves meticulous regrading and compaction of the entire yard. The bulldozer, equipped with a laser-guided system (indicated by the vertical poles on the blade), is used to create a specific slope and ensure the new surface is perfectly level and pitched for optimal water runoff. The aim is for water to naturally shed away from structures and flow directly towards the designated pond, preventing any pooling. The weight and movement of the bulldozer contribute to the initial compaction of the asphalt grindings. Although not explicitly shown, a dedicated soil compactor may also be used to achieve maximum compaction and create a stable, durable surface. Additionally, new designated areas are established for storing landscape materials, particularly brick pallets, to ensure that their placement does not impede water flow or compromise the newly established grade.
Goal: Achieve a precise, compacted grade for optimal drainage and functional layout.
