Assess Current Yard Condition and Plan Regrade

What happens here
The project begins with an assessment of the current state of the landscape yard. The video explains that years of landscaping operations have led to the accumulation of approximately 3 to 4 inches of various materials, including dirt, mud, clay, wood debris from pallets, and steel, raising the overall grade. This accumulation has covered previously compacted asphalt and resulted in significant water drainage issues, with water pooling in areas instead of flowing towards a designated pond. The objective of this initial step is to thoroughly understand these problems and formulate a plan to remove the existing material, bring in fresh asphalt grindings, and compact them to establish a new, functional grade, as well as redesign material storage areas to facilitate better drainage.
Goal: Understand existing issues and formulate a comprehensive regrading plan.
