What happens here

For complex trim areas like archways with columns and wainscoting, the sprayer extension is removed to allow for more precise control. This is crucial because such intricate areas require frequent starts and stops in spraying, which can otherwise lead to 'spits' (splatter). It's important to start with a plan to address the various angles and details. The general technique involves working from top to bottom, ensuring all crevices and molded details receive an even coat without runs or drips. This method applies to baseboards and window trim as well, which are also sprayed in this step.
