Apply Top Section with Downward Fading Stroke

What happens here

Load your angled paint roller with an appropriate amount of paint. Starting from the top edge of the wall section in the tight space, apply the paint with a smooth, controlled downward stroke. Instead of trying to reach the bottom in one go, as you approach the midpoint or a comfortable stopping point, gently pull the roller away from the wall surface. This technique, referred to as 'fading out,' thins the paint application at the end of the stroke, preventing the creation of a heavy paint line or a visible hard edge. This feathered edge allows for a seamless blend with subsequent paint applications.

Goal: Begin by applying paint from the top of the wall section, rolling downwards, and gradually feathering the paint by pulling the roller away.
