The Modern Mini Project Overview

What happens here

The 'Modern Mini' project focused on maximizing functionality within a small backyard footprint. It featured a multi-level deck designed with a modern aesthetic, utilizing a gray color palette. Built-in benches were incorporated to optimize seating without consuming excessive space. The design also included a patio area with a fire pit, and a feature wall. A specific challenge was working around a creek, requiring a setback in the design.

Goal: This project transformed a smaller backyard into a highly functional and modern outdoor space with a multi-level deck, built-in seating, and a fire pit area.
