Install the Second Tier Frame

What happens here

Once the first tier of cedar planks is securely in place on the initial corner blocks, stack a second set of interlocking corner blocks directly on top of the first set at each corner. These blocks will typically have a design that allows them to interlock or align precisely. With the second set of corner blocks in position, carefully place another set of pre-cut cedar planks into the grooves or on the ledges of these upper blocks. This completes the second tier, bringing the raised bed to its full height. Ensure all planks are flush and the structure is stable. The video shows checking with a level after this step.

Goal: After the first tier is complete, additional corner blocks are stacked on top, and the second layer of cedar planks is placed to create the full height of the raised garden bed.
