To begin diagnosing the cause of low flow, first unscrew the spray head from the pull-out hose. Aim the hose into the sink and turn on the water. If the flow from the hose is strong, the restriction is within the spray head. Inspect the back of the spray head for the check valve. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, carefully pry out the small, white check valve. Rinse the check valve under water to remove any debris. If it cannot be cleaned, it can be replaced. Once clean, push the check valve back into place until it is seated.
