Towel Bar Installation

Hold one of the mounting brackets against the wall at the desired height and position. Use a pencil to mark the center of the screw holes through the bracket onto the tile. Repeat for the second bracket, ensuring it is level with the first.

Place painter's tape over the marked spots on the tile. This helps prevent the drill bit from skipping. Using a drill equipped with a masonry or tile drill bit, start drilling at a slow speed. Apply steady, even pressure to create pilot holes. Once through the tile, switch to a standard drill bit if needed to slightly enlarge the hole for the anchor.

Align the wall anchors with the pilot holes. Using a hammer, gently tap the anchors into the holes until they are flush with the tile surface. Ensure they are securely seated.

Position the mounting brackets over the inserted wall anchors. Insert the screws provided with the towel bar kit through the brackets and into the anchors. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws securely, ensuring the brackets are firmly attached to the wall.

Align the towel bar with the mounted brackets. Most towel bars either slide onto posts or screw into place from underneath. Follow the specific design of your towel bar to securely connect it to the brackets. Tighten any set screws if applicable.
