What happens here
The ATV is moved into the garage. The presenter highlights the existing hydraulic pump unit mounted on the rear rack. He explains that the 3-point hitch requires an auxiliary hydraulic kit, which will tap into this existing pump. He removes the cover of the marine deep-cycle Duracell battery, emphasizing the importance of a dedicated battery for the hydraulic system, charged by a trickle charger, to avoid draining the ATV's main battery. He then disengages the existing hydraulic lines from the pump and installs two in-line hydraulic valves, which will serve as rear remotes to control the 3-point hitch's hydraulics. The longer hydraulic hose from the auxiliary kit is connected to the top valve, and the shorter hose to the bottom valve. Each connection is securely tightened with a 9/16 inch wrench.
Goal: Integrate the auxiliary hydraulic kit with the ATV's existing hydraulic pump.
