What happens here

With the small spherical massage head attached, the creator demonstrates its use on his calf muscle, which has been a source of pain. He applies the vibrating head to his calf, highlighting how it helps to work out muscle knots and loosen the area. He then removes the small spherical head and attaches the cone-shaped flexible rubber head, explaining that he's never tried this specific head before. He then tries it on his calf as well, noting that it provides a more intense, pinpoint massage, which he describes as painful but effective for deep tissue work.
