Sharpening a Hunting Knife

What happens here

The presenter switches back to the standard knife sharpening attachment. He demonstrates sharpening a small hunting knife, using the adjustable guide set at 20 degrees. He pulls the knife through the guide, first on one side, then the other, to create a consistent and sharp edge. The sharpness is tested by shaving hair off his arm, indicating a very fine edge.
