What happens here
Position a stable A-frame ladder, such as the Little Giant seen in the video, to comfortably and safely reach the entire ceiling area to be painted. Hold the airless paint sprayer with a consistent grip, maintaining an even distance from the surface (typically 10-12 inches). Begin spraying, moving the gun in smooth, overlapping passes (about 50% overlap) across the ceiling. Use an extension wand attached to the spray gun to extend your reach, if necessary, ensuring full coverage without over-application, which can lead to drips or runs. The painter demonstrates a steady, controlled motion to achieve a uniform finish across the soffit.
Goal: Apply an even and complete coat of paint to the exterior ceiling using an airless sprayer.
