Willys Jeep Rescue: Wholly Smokes!! SHE RUNS!! Grumpy old Jeep Gets a Name!
What happens here
With the auxiliary fuel tank assembled, the host connects its fuel line to the Jeep's carburetor inlet. He then places the modified fuel tank on the engine compartment, securing it with the installed magnets. After filling the auxiliary tank with fresh gasoline, he attempts to start the Jeep. The engine now starts and runs continuously, confirming that the initial no-start issue was indeed a fuel delivery problem caused by the old, possibly clogged, fuel system components or original tank. He also points out the completely rusted out muffler under the Jeep, indicating it will need to be replaced.
Goal: Confirm the Jeep starts and runs consistently with the new fuel supply.
