Systematically Vibrate Concrete Sections
At 0:07 in
Why use our own manpower when we can use this incredibly excessive concrete vibrator??
What happens here
After the initial insertion, the worker methodically withdraws and re-inserts the vibrator into different sections of the concrete pile. Each insertion causes a localized area of concrete to 'liquefy' momentarily, allowing air bubbles to rise to the surface and the aggregates to pack more densely. This systematic approach ensures uniform consolidation across the entire poured section. The process requires careful movement, ensuring the vibrator penetrates through the full depth of the layer being consolidated without hitting the formwork or reinforcement too forcefully.
Goal: Achieve uniform density and remove air voids throughout the concrete pour.
