WHY THREE TIERS?!

What happens here

The lowest and final tier of the deck frame is built following the completion of the second tier. This section extends further into the yard, creating the largest footprint of the multi-tiered structure. Workers continue to cut and install joists, ensuring proper spacing and alignment. This tier will complete the overall footprint of the deck system, preparing it for decking materials.

Goal: Construct the lowest and final level of the deck frame.
