Who is Paint Life?

[Music] hi welcome to paint life Supply Co I'm Chrissy Idaho payer co-owner and founder of pay life Supply Co and I am Lisa I am co-founder also I am McKenna I am the middle daughter of Chris here and I work in HR and customer relations and I'm often I'm the youngest daughter and I am the product manager our why is to educate empowered and equip painters worldwide the educating part is educating painters worldwide the empowering is empowering painters to go to the job enjoy what they're doing with a smile on their face and then the other is the equipping is to provide them the tools necessary to do the job fast and efficiently thank you we get to see people start from their very first paint job starting their company all the way up into them having multiple Crews we are not Home Depot we don't just sell them a roller and send them out the door we get to build those relationships with people and see it start to finish [Music] it is important to learn on the job but textbook education is just as important and Chris really saw that value and he really wanted to bring education to the table as a small business we are also able to bend the rules a little bit more when it comes to customer service so I think that also gives us the opportunity just to provide better customer service [Music] what makes paint life different from the larger competing businesses when I think of paint life I think of the heart of it and it's painters helping painters and that is what my husband has done is he's helped painters by putting out videos he helps painters by answering emails he helps painters by creating groups on Facebook and you know we really take pride in having that be a safe place for painters to come and share questions concerns get help get encouragement our goal is to provide our followers with the tools so that they can have success in their careers so that they can have less aches and pains because they're using attachments and things that help them and that they can go faster so they can make more money and so I really see paint life Supply Co as a just providing a service for our followers and if we're not helping our followers and they're not buying from the store then we want to exist so our Focus really is to give value to help and to be a safe place for people to learn and grow I try to push this off but I've done videos on disasters that happen where we spilled pain we try to show these things because not every job is perfect there's always going to be things that happen but don't panic if you still paint on a customer's carpet Don't Panic the carpet's replaceable everything is replaceable and fixable and you've got to understand that you know financially that might cost you some money your insurance might go up but you know what you can make it up in the future I never worked under a journeyman painter I never worked under anybody that taught or gave me any advice so I gotta say it's kicked off a lot of job sites a lot of Builders I worked for them didn't produce good results and I had to leave I had five years of struggles and I wanted to shorten that curve for other painters out there so they didn't have to go through the same challenges I did [Music] to see him grow into the man that he is and then to see my daughters I would have never dreamed that they would have joined the family business ever in my wildest dream and I tried to tell people we didn't have paint life Supply Co and they weren't raised running a family store they didn't come to the store on their days off and stuff like that we're building a business with them and that is a very unique amazing opportunity [Music] if you come to our store you are going to get help we are going to help you through the process we are painters helping painters and I think I have I don't know 1200 1500 videos now on YouTube and how many more videos could you possibly make um it's endless my list is still this long and I think what keeps me motivated and keeps me doing this is that we truly are making a difference and it doesn't stop it hasn't stopped we give this every single day and making a difference is really important I think you know I want to continue to make a difference I want to continue to impact you know painters you know across the world and I think we can continue doing that we are truly painters helping bainers foreign
