Who can tell me what this painting tool is used for? #mystery #unuseful #tooltips #innovation

What happens here

With the floating paint grid in the bucket, attempt to place various painting tools onto it. First, place a used paint brush onto the grid, observing that it rests on the grid's surface, remaining above the water line. Next, place a pair of painter's gloves onto the grid, noting they also stay afloat. The presenter also tries to submerge the gloves *underneath* the grid by pushing the grid down, highlighting that if one wanted to wash them, the grid would get in the way. This demonstration questions the grid's practical utility if the goal is to fully submerge items for cleaning.

Goal: Assess how well the grid holds tools and its practical application for cleaning.

Tools and materials

  • Floating Paint Grid — The surface where tools are placed
  • Paint Brush — An example painting tool to test on the grid
  • Painter's Gloves MaxiFlex — Another example item to test on the grid

So, I've been messing around with it and like I put brushes in there. Nothing makes it sink. I have a pair of gloves in there that I um, I put underneath the bucket or underneath that. So, um, cuz I was going to wash them to reuse them. But, if I didn't want them in the water, I don't know why I'd want the floating grid. So, I don't know. If anybody can actually like tell me, you know, what this thing is all about and what you would what you would want floating in the water and and not completely submerged in the water. So, I can put my brush in there and the brush sets in there.
