Initiate the application of the powder coating material in a smooth, consistent motion across the entire surface of the panel. Ensure full and even coverage by working systematically, overlapping each pass slightly to avoid missed spots. The electrostatic charge will cause the powder to adhere uniformly to the grounded panel.
