What happens here

To demonstrate the tractor's issue, the owner starts the Massey Ferguson 65 tractor and shifts it into reverse, then forward. As he attempts to move the tractor, the right rear wheel visibly seizes after only a few feet of movement, confirming that something is preventing its free rotation.
