Whats new in caulking. Caulking innovations from Tower Sealants.

What happens here

After a sausage pack is emptied, the presenter demonstrates the reloading process. The reusable clear tube is removed from the caulk gun, and the spent foil sausage pack is easily extracted. This empty foil pack can be crumpled into a tiny ball, resulting in an 85% or more reduction in waste volume compared to a full plastic cartridge. This directly translates to less waste in landfills and less volume to transport from job sites.

Goal: The video demonstrates how to reload the reusable caulk gun after emptying a sausage pack, emphasizing the significant reduction in landfill waste by compacting the empty foil wrapper.

matt so we managed to uh empty a tube of one of the sausage packs and so we're going to show you exactly what it looks like now on how to reload it so we've got one right here this is emptied out and can you show me how this thing now reloads sure so this is when you're done with the tube pull it out like you normally would and typically you would throw the cartridge away or place it back in the box like you mentioned now you just pull the end cap off you've got your spent disc that's your waste you throw that out you spin it around your tip is already cut the way you like so you don't have to worry about that step you just take your next sausage and as we mentioned you snip the clip drop it in and right back in your gun and you're ready to go again there you go it's that simple and easy i gotta say this is a pretty cool pretty cool so there's a big difference in waste reduction um it seems a significant difference 86.5 versus 55
