To reload the caulking gun, first, remove the clear reusable tube. Remove the plastic end cap and the spent plastic disc (plunger) from the reusable tube; these are the only waste items besides the compressed sausage pack itself. Take a new sausage pack, snip its metal clip to open it, and insert it into the clear reusable tube. Replace the plastic end cap with the attached tip, which is pre-cut to the user's preferred size. Finally, reinsert the entire assembly back into the manual caulking gun by pushing the plunger rod forward until it engages the new sausage pack. The gun is now ready for use.
