Reattach Handle and Initial Leak Test

this back in here like so and we're going to put this back together and then we'll come back and shut it off and see if it works this did not have a nut on it but I found something that's going to work great for us it's a toilet bolt nut right there that is going to keep that in place oh yeah there we go
