(10,583 characters)get one we're actually looking at a snow a snowplow and they do something a little bit different those side wings are actual manual they're not hydraulically driven like you would typically see so as you extend one side out that wing will curl in automatically and then when you go back to straight the wings go straight and then if you curl the other side out and pull that out that wing will curl in there's no hydraulic controls over goes sideways a little different from the snow way system you're taking a look at the boss dxt snow plow one of the things that I want to look at that I have you never seen before and you guys are gonna see in about three seconds is actually the hydraulic kook you like that Tim do you think that'd be good that got it run right into the bumper I'm gonna tell you right now to me that looks like you make what you hit a pile of snow and ice chunk you're gonna be ripping that apart I don't know if I like that solid setup do you one of the things though that is nice guys best headlights on the market hands down best headlights on the market today you guys it's what are we doing oh that's new snow plowing gear and heavy equipments are not just gonna be sticking around looking at snow plows because I'm guessing a lot of you guys are gonna get artists kind of sick of snow I mean it's April and it's snowing outside right now that kind of sucks I don't even know if that camera there sees me I wonder if that shifted so this is the third this is the third part of our series in part one it was all about the line peer community new mowers new gear have equipment and we have new gears tools and cool gadgets throughout all three videos part two was land clearing the guys that do tree work and landscaping in general and this part is heavy equipment and snow planks without wasting any more time let's go check out some of this heavy gear and equipment actually I'm looking at a box push the blame what I want to show you is how every wants and so you can put them on a tractor with skid water but this is it right back is where the magic happens right there go slide up and down which lets the blade stay level to the ground so that you can get the best clean swipe all right guys we're looking at the metal plus and these will wing out what do they wing out to 24 this one here's a 10 that goes to 16 you can hook these up on tractors pay loaders security cetera you got it now you've got up both a hydraulic hookup and an elector it's a hydraulic system that you can add a diverter valve that is electric over hydraulic to split functions these are a pretty heavy-duty unit to say the least so let's take a look at how they've got the trip they're just going on the back side here you can actually see that it's got a live edge trip edge system so that means that the actual plow wall wing up and take contour to the road when you hit a bump so the cutting edge being at its carbide steel carbide inserts lasts for a very very long time we've had these blades out for seven years now and operators haven't changed cutting edges yet you'll replace your wings a couple times before you change your main blade they to all have carbines when the carbine all right so whoo there you go long time to get out of a cutting yeah and then they also have them on the live box as well definitely heavy heavy-duty you guys heavy duty and here's a new design you guys this one's by Heinicke it's called the Fox versa plow and basically what it allows you to do is rotate the wings all the way up so that you just have a straight ball board it gives you the ability to come in to a door and clear it out actually a pretty good company a translator for years here's their Hynek your snowplow but I don't prefer the manicured v-plow I like the high knee so Tim you're looking at the back drag Pro yep this is what is this the 12-footer poplar up for all footers this is a smaller unit typically a 16 footer will have the wings all the way out Fatma heart-felt gonna be was at 8 feet so this has got the two-foot wings on it wings on it self-contained unit right in here you got a dual hitch system and this use it utilizes the boss hitch system the same as what you guys are familiar with on the front of the snow plows very similar setup to it it has two connection points all right you guys you know I'm a bobo fan but the whacker new sign is a new sign or Nissan nobody says it right niacin recent noise noise noise and all right talk to me access to this thing you guys seriously probably the best access in the industry look at this thing actually Tim will you hold this real quick okay you guys can get right in here you could take a nap inside this engine there's so much room your battery's down there that's not difficult to get at but look it everything is in here you can actually get in here and you can work that's really nice all right tell me about the warranty on it every lacquer noisy skid-steer comes standard with a three-year $3,000 full machine bumper-to-bumper warranty for year 4000 engine and drivetrain at five year five thousand electrical three year three thousand dollar warranty and check out the access inside this engine compartment that's insane I mean you can crawl around in there and gain access for that warranty yep that's incredible that is I mean okay so what we're looking at is a little is it a little diet is it little giant or giant giant okay where are these made in Holland they've been in business 20 years Colin everything gets shipped at Des Moines Iowa where the warehouse is four part service old goods what's the application that they like to pick these about anything you can imagine what I found my payloader they've never liked something so much I found the guy that sold it to me yeah Jim I gotta tell you this is the ugliest payloader I've ever seen but I still like it I just told Jason's gonna be famous in about two weeks how do you feel about that Jason actually sells me black and you guys may recognize them from my SD LG video because you own an SD LG runnin s the LG do you still love your sto G yes how do you like yours the one time I got to play with it I loved it ugly ugly as payloader I've ever seen but she makes me money yep and they've redesigned it you can see that the actual steering controls are completely adjustable now so this allows you to adjust the steering controls up and down separately so that your taller guy here's the case 321 F compact loader back access hatch lift swap nice access to the machine case I've owned this unlike this little different setup on the cab this gives you all of your control panels on one side right here laid out there's no access down on the floor so it's a little bit different but different can be good alright guys cap 259 D in black you can have your tack cup painted any color you want I think that up charge was usually a this one is running a power rate these are I believe a 74 horsepower unit but don't quote me on that one because they have four different units that are all under right at that 74 horsepower range guys what we're looking at is a cat - 90 99 this and using that forest we had a different one in this but I ran this machine an actual deep snow and for such a big machine or the big beauty on it it actually floated really well and then the power on it was just unlimited it was amazing and more important than that was its responsiveness just every time we would come into a big pile the machine just kind of sensed it and almost like it down shifted and just gave you the extra power you needed to go through it and the amazing actually amazing machine is there check out the track system on this one you guys why it's just a gorgeous track system and as that is more of the MTL track system similar to what ASB runs cat took me as B's track system now since then they've redesigned their track system and one of the things I don't like about this track system is the adjustment rod right there easy to get at but as soon as you bang that up with concrete or anything else your spirit your troubles I've ran a system similar to that not identical but similar did not like that and we're gonna be running the steel combi system because so you can adjust it right on the handle as you go you hit it again nice part about it is this this tethers to the back this is probably the coolest bucket I've seen because it's got a power rake built right into the bucket and look at that seemingly amazing who does who makes that thing you know yeah it's CMP attachments so these guys make that I found the two guys that actually own and build these things from CMP attachments now here's kind of the cool thing that maybe you guys didn't know american-made right I mean that was Ryan 100% American made even the steel so Derek actually is the owner of the company and Andrew actually is the engineer right my right Operations Manager okay so tell me about your company goal real quick because this is huge you guys this is important well one of the focuses at CMP is to create a hundred percent us-made compete in a market where everything's imported all of our rotary grapples right down to the motors are made in Oklahoma everything else is made Clear Lake Minnesota we're here to provide good-paying jobs and bring American manufacturing back here to the US okay so one of the things you guys don't know is that roto Beck is actually built where they're being up in Canada and Brazil Canada and Brazil so they're not american-made so you guys are american-made 100% from the steel to the manufacturing process to deliver it out the door correct all right so that's a huge thing now you know all right back to the show we're innovation I'm gonna give them a ten out of ten I believe the company's been around for 40 years all right guys this is it I hope you've enjoyed this three-part series from the northern green Expo we got to walk around the show I tried my best and bring you the information that I thought you guys would be interested in cut out a lot of the fluff cut off the music because you guys have asked me to you guys tell me in the comments down below better worse do you like some music don't you like music I don't know I'm trying to make videos you guys like tell me in the comments down below and now that this video series is over I want you to give me a favor and check out these videos right here mmm that's it calling out for you guys god bless go get up you guys and I'll see you in one of these videos right here whoa Ric Flair's back again
