Attach Roof Panels

What happens here

Once the birdhouse body is stable, apply construction adhesive to the angled top edges of the wall panels. Take the darker, 'slate' colored composite decking pieces, which were cut for the roof, and carefully position them onto the adhesive. Press down firmly to create a secure bond, ensuring the roof overhangs slightly on all sides as desired for protection. Allow the adhesive to cure completely.

Goal: The pre-cut, dark-colored composite decking panels are glued onto the angled tops of the assembled birdhouse body to create the roof.
