Property Reveal and Initial Overview

For the past 4 years, we have not been completely honest with you. We've had to hide a lot of our lives, and now we don't anymore because we just bought this place here and we're going to show it all to you right now. And uh we were just renting a shop and lived in that thing in front of it for 4 years in the last last spot. This house here was built in 1975 by the same guy who lived in it. He was a home builder and he built this house for his family and he ran his home building business out of a bigger shop over there, which we're going to show you. Outside of the property itself hasn't really been maintained in let's say at least 10 years. And the house itself has been vacant for at least 5 years. I won't say abandoned cuz it wasn't abandoned.
