Apply Waterproofing to the Cabinet Structure

What happens here

To ensure the drawer contents remain dry, a waterproofing membrane, specifically "ice and water shield," is applied to the top of the outer cabinet box structure. The video briefly shows the internal wooden framing and a black, possibly rubberized, material lining the bottom of the compartments, indicating prior or subsequent waterproofing efforts.
