Water Feature #2! #backyardmakeover

What happens here

After the stone veneer is complete and the adhesive has cured, proceed with the final assembly of the water feature. Position a submersible water pump inside the waterproof basin, connecting it to appropriate tubing that will direct water to the desired outflow point (likely a hidden channel behind the top stones). Arrange decorative river stones within the basin, covering the pump and tubing while allowing water to cascade over them. Fill the basin with water. Finally, plug the pump into a GFCI-protected outdoor electrical outlet to activate the water flow. Adjust the decorative stones or pump settings as needed to achieve the desired water effect and ensure smooth circulation. Optionally, install small outdoor lights to illuminate the water feature at night, as seen in the video.

Goal: Finalize the water feature and ensure proper operation
