What happens here

The presenter unboxes the new flooring, identifying it as COREtec Pro Series vinyl planks. He highlights its key features: 100% waterproof, kid-proof, and pet-proof, making it ideal for a busy household. He notes the planks are 9 inches wide by 72 inches long (6 feet), which are super long for an aesthetically pleasing look. A significant advantage is the integrated cork underlayment, which eliminates the need for separate underlayment, simplifying installation and providing sound dampening. The planks also feature a durable 20mm surface that is UV resistant and tough against scratches.

Goal: Understand the features and benefits of the chosen COREtec Pro Series vinyl plank flooring.
