Vegan? Vegetarian? Please stop with the negative comments...and the baby chicks first day outside

What happens here

The farmer expresses satisfaction with the progress of his meat birds, noting their health and natural foraging behavior (eating grass, bugs, and worms). He explains that supplementing their diet with 24% chick feed is crucial, as they would otherwise starve. He reiterates the purpose of raising these poultry for consumption and to benefit the farm. He emphasizes a realistic view of farming, where animals have a purpose beyond pets, contributing to a self-sufficient lifestyle by providing food that is pure, delicious, and hormone-free.

Goal: The farmer reviews the healthy progress of his meat birds and shares his philosophy on raising livestock for food and farm benefits, advocating for sustainable and self-sufficient living.

that but we'll have a ton of good manure guys I'm really happy with the progress that our meat birds have made they're looking good they're healthy they're out here eating grass getting forage eating bugs eating worms doing things that they should naturally be doing we supplement them with a little bit of 24% uh chicken feed and uh if we didn't supplement them with that feed they would really really starve if you watch them their their attraction to food is just amazing the chicks have grown probably I want to say at 2/3 faster rate than the standard chick and then at about 6 weeks to 8 weeks or so these chicks will be ready for Slaughter that'll be our chicken meat for most of the summer here on the farm so get ready good barbecues to come guys I hate to kill things but these things have a purpose on the farm and that's just a fact of life okay guys if you think you're not going to die you're wrong if you think these birds aren't going to die you're wrong guys this is livestock this is poultry okay this isn't pet this is poultry and poultry is for consumption and my family will consume it reason I say these things to you is because this is real this is reality this is a real farm this is what it's about okay this is about living off the land this is about growing and raising your own food and knowing what's in it and knowing that it's pure and delicious and Harmon free Okay so this isn't about power to vegans and this isn't about power to people who eat meat protein this is just about raising farm animals to benefit your farm and to benefit your freezer so we do what's right for the land and what's right for us as people if you don't agree with it I'm sorry but that's just the way it is so guys I got nothing against veganism I
