Apply Lexel Sealant Bead

What happens here

Load the Lexel sealant cartridge into a caulking gun. Carefully apply a continuous and even bead of Lexel sealant into the identified gaps along the base of the garage door jamb, where it meets the concrete foundation. Ensure the sealant fills the entire void to create a comprehensive barrier against pests and air drafts.
