Troubleshooting and Fixing Fuel/Boost Issue

What happens here

At an AutoZone parking lot, the creator and his friend troubleshoot why the car died. After consulting with Ben from Megasquirt (MS3), they perform injector tests, confirming they are working. They deduce that the engine flooded due to excessive fuel from the higher ethanol content fuel in conjunction with the boost cut. To resolve this, they depress the accelerator pedal fully and crank the engine to burn off the excess fuel. They also decide to change the wastegate springs to lower the boost. They utilize a large vise available at the AutoZone counter to safely change the wastegate springs.

Goal: Diagnose and rectify the engine's fuel flooding and boost-related issues.
