Select Abrasive Grits for Varied Surfaces

So it's a half inch open cell sponge and it's fine. I have three abrasives that I use and they're on pad savers. I have them on pad savers because they're just easy to switch in and out without having to try to take it off the pad saver. So typically like Eccostorm, that's what's yellow Eccostorm cuts and sands a lot faster if you're trying to sand really, really quick. It's a paper abrasive. So the yellow Eccostorm's paper, the blue film tech is actually plastic which will last a lot longer. It won't rip or tear. So I usually have, I would say predominantly film tech, but Eccostorm, you'll sands your closet packs like a lot faster. So I'm typically using a 320. So I have two film techs on 320. So I'll be switching out between those. I'll use 320 on anything flat on my windowsills and stuff. Eccostorm, a lot of times is in the, in the closets. Film tech 320, face of the MDF, wood, you know, baseboards, et cetera 320. I do have a 350. So I have a 150 grit and I can tell it's 150 just by looking at it. It's quite a bit rougher. I'll switch that out if I gotta do a lot of heavy sand. You save the door jams, have a lot of wood grain on them.
