Install Hinges for Access Panel

What happens here

To maintain access to the hidden utilities, a hinged mechanism is installed. The video shows a close-up of a worker screwing a heavy-duty, outdoor-rated hinge into place. The top surface of the daybed, which will eventually be covered with decking, is attached to these hinges, allowing it to lift up and reveal the hidden space below. This is a critical functional element of the project.

Goal: Create a functional hinged access panel for the hidden utility space.
